Rozane “Roze” Alvarez Deighan is a Marketing and Managing strategist who has partnered with CEO’s and executives to grow professional brands, human-to-human. After spending over 6 years working specifically in the counter culture industry for new business start-ups, Roze has learned what truly drives sold-out products while retaining happy customers, and it’s not mastering the marketing flavor of the week. It’s how well you connect with the heart-beating people you’re trying to help communicate your understanding back to them. Before the Culture+ Marketplace was an option, Roze was a part of one of the many e-liquid companies pushing to exist. Partnering with JJuice, established Jan. 2013, Roze acquired a front row seat behind the scenes of the rapid growing vaping industry from an e-liquid manufacturers’ point of view. Proudly being a part of producing not only the JJuice brand, but many other e-liquid brands know in the vaping industry today, Roze gained experience of what it took to fight through rigorous trials and tribulations in order to keep such products available to the market, making it her mission to push full fledge into ensuring they do. Today, Roze is proudly apart of the ownership group and Managing Director for one of the few standing, American made E-liquid and Hemp product Manufacturers, America Juice Co. Home of worldwide known brands Wild Hemp, Rush Nic. Salts and UJuice E-liquid.
