Steve Heise Steve Heise has been in the grocery industry for most of his career. He’s worked for Trigs since 1984 holding multiple positions. Steve spent the majority of his years at Trig’s as a store director before advancing into the Director of Strategic Pricing position in 2015. While in that position, he implemented a new front-end operating system, set a standard practice for receiving and invoices as well as pricing and verification audits. In his current capacity, Steve oversees both of the front-end POS systems as well as the back-office pricing and receiving operations. He leads Trig’s central pricing program, coordinating the efforts of a host pricing team as well as eight store level teams. In addition, Steve provides data and analytics for the company’s director team.
