John Click is the Director of Meat Operations for one of the fastest growing, family-owned supermarket companies in the southwest. John has over 30 years’ experience in retail meat operations. John’s extensive career began as a Meat Cutter in a single store location. He worked for many years in the retail setting as a meat cutter and Meat Market Manager earning the reputation of an expert merchandiser and retailer with an attention to detail. John’s job responsibilities increased numerous times over the years and he now serves as the Director of Meat Operations for Lowe’s Supermarkets. His responsibilities include overseeing the meat operations of 147 stores in a five-state area. His unique background has given him the opportunity to work in many diverse areas including traditional store operations, Hispanic format stores, Native American format stores as well as opening and overseeing several Subway operations. John is known as a creative problem-solver who thrives on challenges and works well with all levels of the organization to deliver the needed results for his company.
