Hank Schneider has been a real estate appraiser since 1993 and obtained his MAI designation in 2014. He's done many appraisals of properties, where he could almost hear the new owners saying to each other "How can we go wrong?" and then seeing a few years later that there are literally hundreds of ways things can go wrong. When he started investing in commercial real estate, the properties he acquired properties were selected and managed to minimize the chances of things going wrong and to limit the impact when they do. He is Managing Partner at Hakaduli Properties in Milwaukee, Wisconsin which has a portfolio of office and warehouse properties in the Milwaukee area and won a TOBY for "Best Renovated Office Building". He is also President of BOMA Wisconsin.
