Christine Smith is the founder and CEO of Grön Chocolate, Grön, LLC and GrönCBD, one of the largest edible processors in Oregon as well as a leading craft-oriented CBD company in the upscale national marketplace. Christine brings over 20 years of experience as a licensed architect before changing gears in 2015 and parlaying her project management experience, her culinary passion and creative background into the cannabis industry. Without any outside investment to date and over the course of less than three years, Christine has led Grön from a tiny, woman owned and operated start-up to a successful, expanding line of edible and CBD companies with products that are available nationwide at large, specialty grocers and higher-end retailers. Christine has served on numerous advisory boards, was named Oregon’s Executive of the year, and is highly involved in proper regulation within the CBD marketplace. Grön only sources ingredients and products from sustainable, fair-trade partners, including fully licensed, Oregon grown, USDA Organic Hemp.
