Keith Coffman is the founder and owner of Lost River Pizza Co. and High Tops Bar & Restaurant, both located in Bowling Green, KY. He opened Lost River in 2011 and High Tops in March of 2017, both known for award-winning pizza and extensive craft beer offerings. Keith used his education and previous work experience in marketing and sales to his advantage, conducting his own market analysis and feasibility studies prior to opening Lost River.
