Tim Silva, a pizza maker for years with the California chain Pizza My Heart, now consults in the kitchens of various units and handles a variety of other company-wide tasks. He won the Traditional Division of the International Pizza Challenge in 2012 and in 2015 won both the Non-Traditional Division and the Pizza Maker of the Year at Pizza Expo.
