Kay Sargent is a recognized expert on issues impacting workplace design and strategy. Her experience includes consulting with clients regarding trends, change management and assisting them with identifying their unique Corporate DNA. She has worked with several Fortune 500 companies on their global real estate strategies and designing their workplace of the future. Kay speaks regularly at CoreNet, IFMA and other industry events. Kay serves on the AVIXA Board of Directors, the National ASID Foundation Research Taskforce, the IWBI Mind Advisory Team, and the Advisory Board for WorkDesign Magazine. During her career she has also served on the International Boards of CoreNet Global, IIDA, ASID, IFI - International Federation of Interior Designers /Architects and NCQLP. Kay has served on the Advisory Board of Virginia Tech School of Architecture and Design and NVCC. She is a member of IFMA and co-founder of the IFMA Workplace Evoluntionaries, and WE Community.
