Joe Indvik is currently a senior consultant with JDM Associates. He supports the Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Initiative as the lead subject matter expert for financing. In addition to this role, he is Founder & Principal of Rock Creek Consulting, a boutique consultancy that helps clean energy companies transform the market. In 2013, Joe co-founded SparkFund, a financial technology startup that provides streamlined "as-a-service" financing for energy efficiency projects, and served as its President and COO for two years. Prior to that, he was a consultant in the Climate Change and Sustainability practice at ICF International, where he worked with clients including Fortune 500s, federal agencies, universities, cities, non-profits, and the UN. He holds a BA in Economics and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College, where he co-founded a $1M green revolving fund as a student.
