Cammy Busta is the Produce Director for Hugo’s Family Marketplace in Grand Forks, ND. Hugo’s Family Marketplace is a 10 store grocery chain with locations in North Dakota and Minnesota. Cammy works closely with her team to maximize performance and achieve company sales goals. She works in the development and training of produce managers to ensure the team has the knowledge and expertise required to successfully manage their respective areas. Cammy began her career in produce as a produce manager for Red Owl Company in Valley City, ND. Prior to joining the Hugo’s team, Cammy was a produce buyer for Nash Finch Company for 23 years where she was responsible for the procurement, sales marketing and inventory management of the produce departments in two distribution centers. In 2005 Cammy was awarded the produce buyer of the year award.
