Aaron G. Allen is the Material Estimating Lead and the IIS Mentor-Protégé Program Manager at Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services located in Richardson, Texas. Aaron manages the IIS DoD Mentor-Protégé program that works to provide assistance to Small Disadvantaged Businesses. Aaron currently oversees MPP efforts with Protégé; EKS Group, located in Tampa, Florida. Mentor-Protégé is a DoD program that helps to provide business infrastructure, technical transfer and certification assistance to Small Disadvantaged Businesses. The large primes such as Raytheon provide the technical development assistance based on the needs of the individual small business. In the past Raytheon IIS has provided assistance to our protégés in areas including; Six-Sigma, ISO 9001 & CMMI Certifications, Cloud Computing, Cyber Intelligence, Information Assurance, Program / Project Management, Contracts, Subcontracts, Rates & Forward Pricing and DCAA Audit Assistance. Aaron has over 20 years of experience with Raytheon IIS. He has extensive experience in the Bids and Proposals organization with IIS helping to secure new business opportunities for the company. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Relations & Business from Amber University in Dallas, Texas.
