Her team of 150 insights analysts leverages LinkedIn data to help drive thought leadership in the talent, sales, marketing and learning industries, LinkedIn’s GTM approach, and to shape the product roadmap. Before LinkedIn, Kate led the People Analytics team at Gartner and was an Engagement Manager for McKinsey and Company. Kate and her husband, Tucker, have 3 kids and live in Greenwich, CT.
