Karen Ribble currently serves as the Assistant Director, Cyber Institute, Augusta University (AU). As Assistant Director, Ms. Ribble assumes overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the institute including academic support, faculty development, financial operations, faculty recruitment, marketing and outreach. Prior to her tenure at Augusta University, she worked as K-12 Outreach Manager for a small start-up communications company and co-authored a school publication entitled, Consistent Communication Equals Parent Involvement. In addition to her experience in K-12 and higher education, she also has over ten years of corporate experience as a Network Administrator managing the upwards of $6.8 million in capital to support network implementation plans with the Fortune 100 telecommunications company, Verizon.
