Sgt Joshua Crabb, USMC, is a selected member of the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Fellowship Program. The MCWL NCO Fellowship Program seeks to leverage skill sets which NCOs possess that may not directly correlate with their military occupational specialty, but are potential force multipliers for informing and equipping the force to establish and maintain supremacy in the future battlespace.
