Mr. Mike Terry entered the Army in 1973 and served 34 plus years as a Signal Soldier. He began his career as a Radio-teletype Operator (05C) and culminated that career as the Signal Corps Regimental Command Sergeant Major (CSM). His assignments span the scope of tactical, strategic, research and development, and joint, holding all levels of leadership from squad leader to CSM. He has been retired since 2008 and working as a government contractor, still trying to make a difference for Soldiers in our formations. His current job is as a Lessons and Best Practices analyst.
