US Army Colonel (Retired) Stephen "Steve" Elle serves as the Director of Enterprise IT for Silotech Group, Inc. In that capacity, he leads the delivery of innovative information technology solutions satisfying a diverse set of customer networking, software, and training requirements.
Steve retired from the U.S. Army after more than 32 years of distinguished service. During his career, he commanded at the company, battalion and brigade levels and served in numerous key staff positions at the strategic, operational and tactical levels in organizations focused on information technology and communications, satellite communications, and training. His final Army assignment was at Fort Gordon, GA as the Director of Training for the Cyber Center of Excellence.
Steve is an Army Signal Corps veteran with a Bachelors of Science in Sociology from the University of South Dakota, a Master of Business Administration from Trident University and a Masters of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. He currently serves as the President of the Adolphus Greely Chapter of the Signal Corps Regimental Association (SCRA) and was awarded the Bronze and Silver Orders of Mercury by the SCRA. Steve joined the Silotech Group team in 2016 after his Army service.
Steve is married to Kimberly Elle, a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserves and the President and CEO of the Augusta Warrior Project. They are the proud parents of four amazing young adults: Jordan, Jessica, Kayli, and Madi.
