Mr. Horace Carney works as the Live Experimentation Deputy Branch Chief at the Cyber Battle Lab, Fort Gordon, Georgia. He leads a diverse group of Cyber, Signal and Electronic Warfare (EW) professionals that perform experimentation and prototyping to resolve warfighter critical capability gaps. He is responsible for the creation, planning and execution of all Live experimentation events that the Cyber Battle Lab either runs or supports.
