Robert Craggs has worked in the environmental consulting field for more than 25 years, providing consulting assistance to clients throughout North America in the areas of solid waste, water resources and renewable energy management. Robert specializes in integrating financial and business issues with the technical aspects of environmental management. Robert has a Master’s degree in urban and regional planning and Juris Doctorate of Law. He has made presentations at environmental conferences around the United States, taught university-level environmental management studies courses and published several articles addressing solid waste management and recycling issues. He is the Planning and Management Technical Division delegate to the SWANA Advisory Board. He lives in Lakeland, Minnesota, where he served as mayor and a City Council member for more than a decade.
