Jandra Lubovich is a Managing Director of Public Finance Investment Banking in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Lubovich originates and structures taxable bonds, tax-exempt bonds and loan participations for investment grade and high yield financings. Mr. Lubovich has experience with project finance, public private partnerships and land development including projects such as solid waste facilities, anaerobic digester facilities, water/wastewater, multi-family housing and TIF financing. He also has experience with municipal general obligation new money and refunding financings. Prior to joining Stifel, Mr. Lubovich was Senior Vice President in the Project Finance Group at Sterne Agee & Leach, Inc. and prior to Sterne Agee & Leach, Inc. as Director in the Project and Public Finance Investment Banking Group at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Thomas and a Master of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
