Mollie Pillman has a ten-year track record of leading strategic priorities and driving to achieve measurable results. As Chief Membership Officer at the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, she acts as a change agent to implement association industry best practices, use data to drive decision-making, and create a culture of continuous improvement. Mollie holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul University and a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from Rush University in Chicago. She is an ASAE Certified Association Executive, currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas/Fort Worth Association of Executives and is involved in multiple capacities as an ASAE volunteer leader.
