Kevin is the Founder and CEO of Beacon Exit Planning "America's Exit Planner" and Beacon Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Kennedy is a nationally reconginized speaker, author and thought leader for business owners with exit planning and succession. He personally walked the exit path and understand firsthand the challenge an owner faces exiting their business and implementing succession planning. He bought and sold a company by finally transferring to the 4th generation management team. The company gre from 35 to over 200 employees into an ENR "Top 20" Specialty Contractor that has been in business for over 70 years. Mr. Kennedy's authentic voice resonates with owners because he truly understands the different choices, taxes, emotion, and complexities of the exit and succession proces. His first hand experiences combined with a propiertary process and an engaging delivery communicates with company owners in all industries. Mr. Kennedy is a featured columnist in four trade magazines, published over seventy articles and several white papers. In 2011 Mr Kennedy received Pinnacle "Excellence in Leadership" Award and is a CBEM (Certified Business Exit Mentor).
