Fabio Fukuda serves as Director, Global HRIS & Business Intelligence at Cummins Inc. In his role, Fabio has been leading HR Transformation projects aiming to drive Integrated Talent Management for a global workforce of 55,000 employees located in over 50 countries. He also has overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Cummins Talent Management and Business Intelligence technologies globally. Fabio holds a B.A. in Psychology from UnG in Brazil and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
