Richard Abrams is the chief of the Infrastructure Services section under the Applications Division at DISA. In this role, he focuses on leading a team of experts who deliver Identity and Access Management (IdAM) solutions for the DISA enterprise. Mr. Abrams responsibilities includes delivering a centralized authentication service for servers across the DISA enterprise, supporting DISA Intranet Services, serving as IdAM lead for DISA, and researching emerging IdAM solutions.
