Mr. Ball has over 20 years of experience in the Communications and Information Technology (IT) industry with 15+ years providing direct support to the DoD. During his career, Mr. Ball has built telecommunication & broadband systems for major telecommunication companies and internet service providers; built, tested, programmed, and administered intrusion detection and access control system networks at both the Pentagon and DoD facilities in the Washington Metropolitan region; supported the Network Control Center (NCC) for the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA); and supported the Joint Staff Support Center (JSSC) Global Command and Control System – Joint (GCCS-J) IT team. In 2008, Mr. Ball joined the Joint Task Force - Global Network Operations (JTF-GNO) J3, which transitioned to USCYBERCOM J3 in 2010. Mr. Ball currently holds the position of Technical Director for the USCYBERCOM J3 DODIN Operations and Defensive Planning Division. Mr. Ball holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems, and has earned the Global Information Assurance Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), and the Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) Certifications.
