Todd Cannon




Todd is a hazardous materials officer with the Virginia Department of Emergency Management. Prior to this position, he was the chief of special operations for Norfolk (VA) Fire-Rescue where he served for 26 years. Todd also served with the VATF2 Urban Search and Rescue Team as a task force leader until his retirement from the team in 2010.
