Dr. James L. Travis leads this division with experience gained over a 41 year career in the US Army and DISA. He has served globally with experience in Army, Joint, Combined, Cyber Operations as well as supporting other Defense Agencies including DLA, DHA, FAA and DoC. His experience as an IT leader, acquisition manager, Chief Information Officer, and organizational design innovator along with degrees from Capella University, the Eisenhower College, and Liberty University, allow him to continue to innovate in this critical DISA mission space.
