Domonic Keifer has been living gluten free for 8 years, experimenting with gluten free recipes for baked and malted goods. She currently runs Pies by Domonic and Co-owns Divine Science in Southern California. With so many different GF grains, its exciting to be at the forefront. Tasting and playing in the kitchen and brewhouse means discovering new recipes all the time in this new market that keeps expanding.
