Becky Estby Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development Becky Estby, is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Coborn’s, Inc. supporting the company’s nearly 9,200 employees who work in retail, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and corporate support functions throughout four Midwestern states. Estby has been in Human Resources roles her entire career and has a proven track record of aligning Human Resources with overall business strategy and leading through times of great change and transformation. Estby has a bachelor’s degree in Business Education from Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. Estby’s certifications include: SPHR; SHRM-SCP; and CPCC. Estby also serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Cloud Area Family YMCA and was named to “Top Women in Grocery” for 2015 by Progressive Grocer.
