As IPT Lead, Mr. Weber is responsible for performing business case analysis and requirements development for new systems and capabilities requested by DISA Mission Partners. Mr. Weber currently oversees the ERP Common Computing Environment (CCE) and milCloud 2.0 IPTs with the objective to develop the functional, business, and strategic investment approach recommendations to maximize infrastructure and security capability solutions within DISA. A graduate of The University of Dallas, with a MBA in 1994, Mr. Weber has over 16 years working in private industry performing in all IT related roles to include application development; network, systems and database administration; and 16 years Government IT experience with State Department and DISA. Mr. Weber has served as Mission Partner Engagement (MPE) and Rapid Access Computing Environment (RACE) team lead since 2005, milCloud 1.0 PM since 2011, and joined RAO in 2015. In addition, Mr. Weber is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) since 2009, and a Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) since 2016.
