Tom is the technical director of workers’ compensation at Nationwide Insurance. He is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in claims, risk management, and underwriting with leading carriers such as EBI Companies, W.R. Berkley, and Liberty Mutual. Tom’s role at Nationwide involves setting strategic direction, best practices, and metrics for the workers’ compensation line of business. He also serves on the Governing Board of the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau and is Vice Chair of the Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau Governing Board. Tom has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Temple University and performed graduate work in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from LaSalle University.
