Mr. DiRienzo has spent over three decades creating distinctive residential, mixeduse, office, and retail real estate through innovative, market-driven projects that maximize success and profitability. His role includes the management and oversight of all activities in the interrelated fields of planning, design, entitlements, construction, sales/marketing and finance. Mr. DiRienzo has been at the forefront of efforts to develop pedestrian-friendly and transitoriented environments and workplaces that feature the appropriate mix of housing, commercial office, retail, entertainment, and services. Each community is designed to maximize land use and quality of life for residents and visitors. Mr. DiRienzo has been active in the real estate industry since the early 1980s, having previously served in senior management positions for respected regional and national home builders and developers including Daon, The Irvine Company, Lincoln Property Company, ARV Retirement, Inland Pacific Communities (co-founder), KB Home, MBK Homes, and John Laing Homes. Mr. DiRienzo’s resume encompasses the development of more than 5,000 multi-family apartments and 7,000 single family homes in California, Nevada and Florida. He has an extensive portfolio of mixed-use developments which include landmark projects such as the repositioning of OMNI Center in Atlanta, which comprises an amusement park, a 250-key luxury hotel, and over 350,000 square feet of retail, professional office and medical office buildings and towers.
