Independent Fermentations Brewing


Rose is co-owner of Independent Fermentations Brewing (IndieFerm) in Plymouth MA. She holds a MS in chemical engineering from the University of North Dakota, is registered as a professional engineer in Michigan, and works full time for the Air Force in environmental remediation and renewable energy. As part of IndieFerm, she helps manage the business side of the taproom and homebrew store, tends to the hop farm, and developed a STEM program in fermentation for "some wicked smaht kids". She sees IndieFerm as more than just a typical brewery and is working to expand the business into all things fermentation.
