Served as Vice President Operations, West and Southeast Divisions, responsible for up to 120 company and franchised operated restaurants for iconic casual dining leader, TGI Friday’s for 15 years. Led a diverse team as Re-Engineering Team Leader through initiatives to improve food and beverage production and procurement with dramatic changes to entire business processes while achieving dramatic results in revenue and margins. Vice President, Beverage and Bar Innovation for 3 years, responsible for the brand beverage platform which included selection and introduction of all new beverage offerings with the Friday’s brand. Led beverage team to achieve best in class LTO and full promotional ideation, back bar design and the introduction of multiple celebrity brand beverage brands. Recognized for designing and improving supplier / buyer relationships through a collaborative grass roots initiative. Currently consults with Synergy Restaurant Consultants (www.synergyconsultants.com), a proven global hospitality group focusing on new restaurant start ups and restaurant turnarounds with both existing and new restaurant brands in the quick casual, casual and luxury dining segments. Writes and publishes articles for Nightclub and Bar and VIBE; digital resources for on-premise professionals in the food and beverage industry. Articles maintained and updated on website.
