For over 25 years, Laura J. O’Neal has been teaching communications, business start-up, customer service, non-profit Board/Staff training, and many basic and advanced mediation and conflict resolution subjects. Laura taught the Entrepreneurial Program at Peninsula College and for the last 13 years Laura has also worked with Trainertainment as a coach and trainer.
