Professor F. Javier Diez is the head of the Applied Fluids Lab at Rutgers University. He is an author of 100+ journal articles, conference papers, and technical publications. He received his PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and his MS and BS from Saint Louis University. His research in UAV, propulsion, aviation and imaging is funded by NSF, ONR, and FAA. As founder and CEO of SubUAS LLC, its commercializing the Naviator, the first UAV operating in air and underwater.
