Richard P. (Rick) Graham is the Director, Workers’ Compensation for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). Rick leads a team of professionals who manage all aspects for SEPTA’s Risk Management and Insurance Program, and administration of claims filed against SEPTA under the Federal Employee Liability Act (FELA). SEPTA is the nation’s sixth largest public transportation agency, and one of only two transportation systems that utilizes all modes of commuter transportation (bus, trolley, subway, trackless trolley, light rail, and regional commuter rail). Rick is a Director at Large for the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Risk and Insurance Society. Rick is a founding member and a past President of the Greater Philadelphia Executive Claims Counsel. Rick has been a speaker the National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference and the National Risk and Insurance Management Society. Rick his B.A. in Political Science at Moravian College.
