Zachary “Zach” Crowe is a Managing Director at the Carlyle Group in Washington DC where he has worked for the last 14 years. He is focused on investing in U.S. real estate opportunities with a particular focus on multifamily, senior housing and medical office properties. Prior to joining Carlyle, Zach worked at Lehman Brothers for 2 years as an analyst, where he evaluated U.S. real estate opportunities. Zach graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in economics and a minor in history in 2005. He is a Special Assistant to the Trustees of the Bedford Falls Foundation, which has an emphasis on nursing scholarship support. Zach serves on the Board of Trustees of the UVA Health Foundation and has previously served on the CLAS Benefactors Society and the School of Nursing board. He lives in Mclean, VA with his wife and 3 kids.
