Ronda is the Director, Associate Health and Safety for Ascension. Ascension is the largest non-profit, Catholic Health System in the US with more than 150,000 associates and consists of 2,500 sites of care in 22 states and the District of Columbia; 141 hospitals and more than 30 senior care facilities. Ronda has extensive experience in the areas of post injury and illness management and currently oversees the claims management for the self-insured WC as well as associate safety. Ronda came to Ascension Health from Sedgwick, a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk and benefits solutions, where she served as Claims Manager. Her 15+ years of experience with Sedgwick included post injury management strategies and return to work programs. Ronda holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Human Services from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri.
