Rebecca Morgan is senior director of product management for Mitchell’s Workers’ Compensation Solutions. Her teams are responsible for both medical bill review and claims reporting software deliveries for the workers’ compensation market. Rebecca brings more than 20 years’ experience in software engineering in the workers’ compensation industry. She has a passion for improvement, leading teams to high performance and forming strong partnerships with customers. Prior to Mitchell, Rebecca worked with product delivery teams at Optum and Keane.
