Believing in his dream, founder and Managing Director/Group Chief Executive Officer of Only World Group Holdings Berhad (OWG). OWG is a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia and is involved in the leisure and hospitality industry incorporating the operation of food service outlets, water amusement parks, family attraction and other services. OWG has just completed its latest project – The Top, located in KOMTAR, Penang. Two of The Top’s attractions – the Rainbow Skywalk on KOMTAR’s rooftop and the Observatory Deck on level 65 – recently opened its doors to the public in December 2016. Offering visitors a 360 degree panoramic view of Penang’s skyline, they will be among the biggest tourist attractions in the Penang state. He added that OWG has also launched other attractions in The Top, such as the Jurassic Research Centre and 7D Discovery Motion Theatre. Dato’ Sri Richard Koh diligently laid the foundation and steadily built the company to what it is today. His passion has earned him the title “King of Malaysian Theme Parks” and his expert consultation is highly sought after throughout the region. He also pioneer the water theme park industry in Asia including ice skating, roller skating and indoor theme family concept educational park such as Jungle Gym, StarShip Galactica, Dino Gym, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not museum to name a few and design and build the first Sky Diving tunnel in Asia.
