Mr. Barclay is the Group CEO of Mandai Park Holdings (MPH). Mike oversees both Mandai Park Development, the entity set up to drive the rejuvenation of Mandai into an integrated wildlife and nature heritage space, and Wildlife Reserves Singapore, the operator of four award-winning attractions – Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari, River Safari and Singapore Zoo. Prior to joining MPH, Mr Barclay was CEO of Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) from 2008 to 2015. SDC is primarily responsible for planning, developing and operating Sentosa Island. Mike was also the Regional Vice President Asia Pacific for the International Air Transport Association (2007 to 2008) and Chief Executive of the airline SilkAir (2004 to 2007). Mr Barclay held various portfolios for Singapore Airlines in Singapore, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and the UK from 1991 to 2004. Mr Barclay holds a Master of Science degree in Transport Planning & Engineering from the University of Leeds and has completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.”
