Ann-Maree is the Human Resources Manager of the Southport Sharks, Queensland’s largest and most successful entertainment, leisure and sporting Club. She has held senior management roles with Australia’s well known Theme Parks; Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet n Wild Water World, Paradise Country and Australian Outback Spectacular. She held the position of International Representative for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions from 1997 – 2004 and is on the judging panel for the Brass Ring Awards. With over 25 years of human resources and organizational development experience, Ann-Maree’s expertise includes talent management, learning and development, industrial relations, change management and reward and recognition. She has created a range of instant reward, recognition and motivational products and has developed and implemented Human Resource programs that have had a direct impact on business success through the maximization of employee performance. Ann-Maree is an international speaker and published author and is passionate about delivering a strong message that people are out greatest asset.
