Roger started his career with Red Bull Gmbh in Austria where he leads a business unit to expand the presence of Red Bull in Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand. He & his team was critical to a World Class execution of Red Bull events in this region which includes Red Bull Air Race, Formula 1, Music Festival & etc. Roger then moved to Resorts World Genting as Assistant Vice President, and he was assign to lead Genting Integrated Transformation Plan for Casino Attraction & spearheaded Live Entertainment & Media Content for World First 20th Century Fox World Theme Park in Resorts World Genting.
