Brad Baugh is a team leader at Alabama Power, a subsidiary of Southern Company, and a licensed professional engineer in the state of Alabama. With 20 years of experience in the utility industry including both Information Technology and Power Distribution Engineering, he has developed a passion for applying technology to meet the challenges faced by utility field workers. Brad currently leads a team responsible for researching, selecting and implementing mobile solutions and GIS technologies in support of Alabama Power’s distribution field forces. Brad also serves as an Assistant Director of Alabama Power’s storm team in support of mutual assistance efforts during major storm events.
