Her current initiative, Digital Service for the Civil Servant, is thriving at the Department of Education, where she designed and implemented EDison, an integrated set of business apps for grants program officers, driven by advanced analytics and sleekly orchestrated back-end engineering. Hilary’s experience spans strategic trade-space decisioning; advanced analysis and evaluation; service designed app dev, leveraging code re-use and Agile methods; and high-impact results measurement.
