Dr. Michael Lacroix is Associate Medical Director with Aetna Disability and Director of Behavioral Health with Coventry. He is a licensed psychologist and has attained Diplomate status in Rehabilitation Psychology from the American Board of Psychological Specialties and Diplomate and Fellow status as a Forensic Examiner from the American Board of Forensic Examiners. He has worked in the overlapping areas of Disability and Workers’ Compensation for the last 30 years, in a variety or clinical, management, program development, and consulting roles. Prior to joining Coventry-Aetna, Dr. Lacroix held academic appointments, he developed a large clinical practice focused on injured and disabled workers, and he also carried out grant-supported research over many years. He currently resides in Sarasota, FL.
