As the Director of Managed Care for Sentry Insurance, Jean Feldman is responsible for Sentry’s managed care programs for workers’ compensation. She joined Sentry, based in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, in November of 2013. Jean has more than 25 years of industry experience in workers’ compensation, serving in various capacities for both national carriers and managed care companies. She has developed telephonic nurse case management programs and specialty physician networks for national carriers and third party administrators. She has also integrated product development for Fortune 500 employers, placing an intense focus on improving pharmacy results in workers’ compensation. Jean earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. She maintains an active Florida Registered Nurse license.
