Britten Featherston, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist at Healthesystems, where she provides strategic clinical decision support for customers to help optimize drug therapy regimens, reduce pharmacotherapy risks, and drive improved clinical and cost outcomes in their workers’ compensation patient populations. She has been actively involved in formulary development and data analytics initiatives that promote evidence-based prescribing practices. Dr. Featherston is passionate about patient care and pain management, which she has applied to a variety of roles throughout her career in managed care, retail, and hospital practice settings. Dr. Featherston earned her PharmD degree with high honors from the University of Florida. In addition to her PharmD degree, Dr. Featherston is also certified in patient Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Dr. Featherston has been an asset to the Healthesystems clinical team for the last four years.
