Nathan A. Cohen is Senior Counsel in Peckar & Abramson’s Los Angeles office where he focuses his practice on construction law, commercial litigation, real estate, corporate compliance and internal investigations. He actively participates in all aspects of the litigation process and provides clients with corporate ethics and regulatory compliance advice. In a previous role, Mr. Cohen was Chief Legal Officer for a large privately-held real estate company where he actively managed and oversaw the day-to-day legal matters impacting the company while reporting directly to the Board of Directors. His responsibilities included assisting in the management of the company’s real estate portfolio, and overseeing the acquisition, sale, financing and development of properties throughout the United States. Mr. Cohen has also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia.
