Justine Staub joined AmeriGas Propane in 2000 as employment manager and was promoted to director, workforce development in 2006. In this role, Justine manages leadership development, succession planning, performance management and national recruitment solutions and programs. She is responsible for the design, development and implementation of high potential programs, most notably the AmeriGas Accelerated Leadership Program, an annual program aimed at creating a bench of “ready now” internal candidates for director level field and corporate positions. Prior to joining AmeriGas, Justine was a regional director of recruitment and training for Macy’s department stores and was the director of training for an east coast restaurant division of the Marriott Corporation. She has over 30 years of human resources experience and holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University.
